Your responsibilities:

-Fill out the Website Design Form (you'll receive this in an email): we can't begin building until we have this. The sooner you submit it, the sooner we get started.

-Review the draft and share your feedback: once we send you the preview link, take a look through the site and let us know what you'd like changed. We want you to be completely happy with it before anything goes live.

-Submit the final payment when you're satisfied with the site: this covers the remaining balance for the build plus sets up your $99/month hosting and maintenance subscription.

Our responsibilities:

-Deliver a first draft within 3 business days of receiving your completed design form.

-Send you a private preview link via email and text so you can review the site before it's live. The preview is hosted on our domain and won't be publicly searchable.

-Make revisions based on your feedback. We see this as a partnership and will keep working with you until you're happy.

-Send the final payment link once you've approved the site. This will include two line items: the remaining balance for the build (charged immediately) and the $99/month hosting subscription (your first charge won't hit until 30 days after you submit, so the billing cycle starts correctly without any extra steps on your end).

-Launch your site on your live domain once payment is received. 🎉

-Handle all future updates at no extra cost; updates and changes are included in your monthly hosting subscription.

Refund policy:

If at any point before submitting the final payment you decide you no longer want to move forward, just let us know and we'll issue a full refund of your deposit. No questions asked.
